Her experience as a retired military service member has strengthened her ability to lead with discipline, organization, and purpose while working effectively with people from all backgrounds.

Throughout her career, Elaine has developed a strong foundation in administration and instructional training, with a particular passion for helping others learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Today, Elaine continues to pursue that passion as a reading tutor, where she works closely with students to build confidence, strengthen their reading skills, and develop a lasting love of learning. Her dedication to education reflects the same values she brings to AmazingE: patience, service, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
